History
Y-Prime Technologies was started by two developers who, through their years of supporting major pharmaceutical companies, have identified a gap between need and what's in market. Pharmaceutical companies are challenged by implementation and development needs to make their systems work for their business. Shawn Blackburn and Jaime Cook have seen first hand that COTS products are not one-size-fits-all. They have built applications to augment commercial off-the-shelf clinical trial management systems to support reporting, monitoring, and data integration. Since their start, they have grown in their responsibilities and gained experience in the areas of business analysis and project management. Their new experiences only served to complete the big picture, and further emphasized the gap and how they can fill it. This is how Y-Prime started.
